Make Your Voice Heard!

The FFD National Polling Project

The Forum for Democracy USA (FFD) National Polling Project offers students and citizens the opportunity to make their voice heard in Washington, DC with the ease of a click! Through this service-learning program, students gain leadership skills while engaging firsthand in participatory democracy and social activism. By mobilizing students to poll voting-age citizens on topics featured in our online forums, FFD becomes a vehicle to engage students and citizens in strengthening our representative democracy. A new topic is introduced weekly in one of three FFD forums – Chief Justice, Capitol Hill and Head of State. Students are encouraged to poll family members and neighbors by:

  • Initiating conversations about important and timely national issues
  • Asking them to sign up for free to cast their vote
  • Documenting the polling process by video.

Anyone above the age of 13 can sign up to vote. All questions will be active for three weeks. Click on the Vote buttons below to learn more about current topics in each Forum – and then cast your vote!
